Cannot connect to profile server

I can normally fix this error but all my previous fixes haven't worked.

This is the error:
ERROR (STP:Util:15) - jOpenSim.Profile.jOpenProfile.OpenProfileModule [jOpenSimProfile]: Unable to connect to Profile Server twilightgrid.net/components/com_opensim/interface.php . Exception System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

No it's still giving me that error. This is how I have it in my GridCommon:

ProfileURL = twilightgrid.net/components/com_opensim/interface.php
Module = "jOpenSimProfile"

Is this a new server you are on ? i tried to send you an email direct and i got

are you using ?

Yes a new server we host it ourselves.
Windows Server 2012 Standard
Joomla 3
And the latest Jopensim

what web server are you using ?
