Ummm I do a daily git pull from the dev repository, it is public and you can pull them at will ..
The only "web control" I am using for my opensimulator is jopensim, everything else I do with linux bash scripts or windows batch files.
Using php 5.5 mysql 5.6, (ubuntu 16.04x64) but also running regions on windows server 2008/2012 Ubuntu, 14.04x64 and 16.04x64.
Running regions both behind static, and nat firewalls, depending on the region and which server I want them on.
I do use webmin for minor management of the server , mainly for the ease of setting up cron jobs, I have never found webmin the best choice to manage apache2 so I do that by hand.
