Are you sure that your server is accessible ...
The error says that your server is not registered in the search.
Is the port open on this ip address?

Frankly it doesn't make sense ...
Some of your servers are registered, others are not.
There is certainly a mistake somewhere ...

What do you want to look for in mysql?
Accessibility is in the router/firewall.

the firewall ports are open, but the web side where joomla resides is located on a hosting service and I don't have the possibility to enable the ports, I wouldn't want it to depend on this

joomla resides on a hosting server i cannot install php xmlrpc
