well this is a very strange IP

U probably wanted to type 192.168.* ... but this will not work when u login via a host like login.anskygrid.ca, which has at the moment the IP 142.*.*.227

It's ages since I last time touched a windows server, sorry ...

But as far as I remember, there is a section in the php.ini loading dynamic extension (in win usually ending with *.dll)

Provided the dll file is present, there should be a line likein your php.ini

no that dll wasn't in ext folder

As mentioned before, my last work with win servers is long time ago and my knowledge there is sure outdated.

But a quick use of Google brought me e.g. to www.exefiles.com/en/dll/php-xmlrpc-dll/ which could contain what helps here

This means that the response returned by the request is an array and that jOpenSim tries to print it, which is a classic php error.
