This is finally the initial release of jOpenSimPayPal! 
jOpenSimPayPal is an extension specific component that enables instant inworld currency purchases through PayPal.
Note: jOpenSimPayPal requires jOpenSim (min. 0.2.7) to be installed before you can install this component.
It also does NOT enable inworld currency! So of course also jOpenSimMoney is required.
Be sure to have read and accepted the TermsOfUse before using this component.
