Login Screen Settings & Money Mod

Last couple of days I have been working some issues out with my jopensim & opensim setup Im still having a problem with Login screen settings i have all my settings set and had worked before but now if you look no settings from jopensim seem to take and a couple of the box's that should show up on it are not even there I have also noticed that the Money Mod does not seem to populate a Balance right away even after shutting down and restarting robust and opensim exe's
