A Few Feature Requests

I have just a couple of feature request that I would love to see:

• Partnering
• OpenSim Postgres Database Support
• Easier Starter Avatars

Oh one more, the ability to support inventory on a separate database.

I think Foto is working on that "Partnering" not sure when it's done yet ... Would be good ...
But the other one's not sure on that ...

Partnering is definately on my ToDo list and I actually wanted to finish this since quite a while ... but I do my best for the next version

About Postgres, I have to say sorry ... I have no plans currently to implement this.

What exactly would be your suggestion for "easier starter avatars"?

And how do you run inventory in a seperate database?

Very sad, I will look into contributing a module for you for this (whever I have the time)

A lot of people I know get confused with how to set it up. You wouldn't believe how many complaints I get for there having to be a username AND avatar name... I mean seriously it is crazy.

That is simple, robust can be divided and split. This I have had to do to several people already, but since the way your setup works, but injecting all the inventory directly into the database, that means I have had to run a seperate robust instance connected to the same database.

Update on partnering

The new version will get "partnering". jopensim.com has already this feature included for testing. You find it in your account in the profile tab. Happy testing
