can not add event and i own all the land on the grid

I own all the land on the grid and some i did set to public

Create a new event

Error: no valid land found

New events can be created only on land:

you own
is owned by a group where you are member with a role that has group land access
is set to public land by the grid master

Events with jOpenSim rely on jOpenSimSearch since it takes the parcel info from there. To be exact, it takes it from the table #__opensim_search_allparcels. To get all parcels filled into this table, it is important to setin the section [DataSnapshot] of the simulators OpenSim.ini(s)

Is this the case? And if yes, can you verify, that all parcels are stored in this table?

As you mentioned in another post, using V2 groups instead of flotsam groups could cause unexpected results for events since events also look for group owned land and the users group role rights there.
